The US Dollar Index is trading above the support level of $101.45, and prices are likely to move sideways within a range between the resistance level of $104.75 and the aforementioned support level.

The US Dollar Index saw a clear decline today against a basket of major currencies, due to growing concerns about a slowdown in the US economy following weaker-than-expected labor market data.

This drop coincided with expectations that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged for a longer period, reducing the dollar’s appeal as a safe-haven asset and prompting investors to shift towards other currencies such as the euro and the yen.
